2. Services Description
QForce provides employment support services, legal consultation, and advocacy for migrant workers in Qatar. Our services include but are not limited to contract review, workplace rights education, dispute resolution, and legal representation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Service Plans and Fees
We offer various service plans with different features and pricing. All fees are stated in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and are subject to change with notice. Payment is required before service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Refund Policy
One-time service fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered. Monthly subscription fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancellation is requested within 7 days of payment. Legal representation fees are subject to separate engagement agreements.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Attend scheduled appointments and meetings
- Pay fees on time according to your chosen service plan

7. Professional Relationship
QForce provides professional advisory and support services. Our services do not create an employment relationship between QForce and clients. Legal consultation and representation services are provided by licensed legal professionals in accordance with Qatar law.
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Attorney-client privilege applies to legal consultation and representation services.
9. Limitation of Liability
QForce provides services in good faith and with professional care. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in legal matters or employment disputes. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service in question.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate services for maintenance, legal compliance, or violation of these terms.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided by QForce remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Qatar courts and governed by Qatar law.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. QForce reserves the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
